I'm not sure what I was in this thrown together in 15 minutes costume, but I was definitely PULLING IT OFF! Tonight was a good night to have my collection. The tie and bracelet were made out of scraps of felt I had in my fabric stash. Total cost of this halloween costume was 6 dollars for the wig. Hahaha! Happy Halloween!
